Once you Invest, you become a partner that owns a portion of an institutional quality multifamily property.
Step 2:
WE PURCHASE
The Wise Tree Group identifies and sources the deal, then negotiates the purchase and financing of the real estate property.
Step 3:
WE COLLECT RENT
Our properties generate monthly rental income from our tenants.
Step 4:
YOU GET PAID
The cashflow generated from each property is distributed to our investors on a quarterly basis.
Selecting The Right Opportunities
We apply conservative underwriting principles and add our market insights to each opportunity. Every deal is evaluated against our most advanced financial models and requires unanimous approval from our investment committee, whose members are comprised of senior commercial real estate professionals.
It’s not uncommon for every 100 deals we scrutinize that only one meets our rigorous underwriting process. Only after a property meets all of the elements required of a sound investment will we present an opportunity to our investors.
